RatesAlthough we are the largest independent VAT and Indirect Tax practice in Scotland, we constantly monitor our rates against other VAT teams in both the Big4 and mid-tier firms to ensure that they are highly competitive.
We appreciate that businesses are looking for both value for money and certainty and can confirm that the majority of our work will be agreed in advance using fixed fees. These are based on the expected hours at the appropriate rates as detailed in the table below.
We offer one-off consultations for a fixed fee of £640 for commercial organisations, and £540 for not-for-profits. This is based on a consultation of up to one-hour using Microsoft Teams or you are welcome in our Glasgow office, which allows for client set up time and will be followed up with an email file note confirming the key points discussed.
Where the matter is more complex but you are not ready to commit to an extensive project, the fixed cost consultation offers a useful tool to better understand the issues, which we can then set out in writing along with our recommendations and detailed proposals. Please note that all amounts noted above are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged in addition where appropriate. |
