The business launched in November 2019, and following the introduction of a new partner and senior staff rebranded as VITA in 2024.

​VITA provides expert VAT advice in relation to a range of areas and business types.  Following a period of exponential growth, its founder and Managing Partner identified a gap in the market for quality and cost-effective solutions, and grew the team to become the largest independent VAT and Indirect Tax team in Scotland and one of the largest teams in the UK.  

We are mobile and willing to travel throughout the UK, and in this digital environment can advise businesses by way of online meetings and other digital services.

The best answer for VAT purposes does not necessarily mean it is the most appropriate advice.  We have the experience to take a step back and consider the bigger picture and goals of the client.  Where necessary we will liaise with the other advisors, ensuring that the options for VAT and Indirect Tax advice results in the most commercial outcome.
