Graeme Moffat

When you’re able to be honest with yourself about who you are and finally can present your authentic true self to the world, you feel so much better about yourself, and it makes it easier for everyone else to feel better about you
— Graeme

Graeme spent 19 years in the financial sector, as an award-winning manager at HSBC who thrived on building successful customer service teams and implementing regulatory change. In 2021 Graeme spent a year supporting PurpleSpace, a third sector organisation, this experience led Graeme to make the decision to leave HSBC, seeking the chance to make a more meaningful impact in a small organisation, leading him to joining VITA in 2022.

Graeme has a keen eye for uncovering hidden patterns in numbers and turning complex datasets into meaningful insights. His passion for data analytics fuels his curiosity, pushing him to explore innovative ways to solve problems and make informed decisions. Whether it’s dissecting trends or crafting visualisations, Graeme enjoys the art and science of translating raw data into stories that drive impact. His enthusiasm for analytics is matched only by his commitment to precision and continuous learning in this ever-evolving field.
